Because each item is made specifically for you after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Ordering the wrong product
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
