A Guide to Ordering Scripture Gifts and Bible Verse Apparel

July 20, 2026

Ordering Scripture gifts and Bible verse apparel is simple once you know what to check: the verse, the right product for the person, the size, and the timing. Because our products are printed to order, a little planning makes sure your gift arrives when you need it.

Here is a step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Choose the Verse

Start with the message. Ask what the person is facing right now and what you want them to remember about God. Browse by verse in our collections or start with our Bible verse selection guide.

Popular starting points:

Peace: Psalm 46:10, available as a mug, travel mug, and tee.
Courage: Joshua 1:9, as in the Not a Suggestion tee.
Strength for women: Proverbs 31:25, as in the tumbler and tee.

Step 2: Pick the Right Product

Mugs for slow mornings and desk coffee.
Tumblers and travel mugs for people on the go.
Tees and sweatshirts for everyday wear.
Hats for an easy, no-size-needed gift.
Baby and toddler apparel for showers, baptisms, and birthdays.

Not sure which? Read ceramic mugs versus travel tumblers.

Step 3: Get the Size Right

Each product page includes its own size chart. Compare it to a shirt the person already wears. For kids, many parents size up. Read our Christian apparel sizing guide for tips.

Step 4: Plan for Printed-to-Order Timing

Each item is printed after you order it. That reduces waste and keeps quality high, but it means production time comes before shipping. For birthdays, holidays, and events like baptisms or Pastor Appreciation Sunday, order a week or two early. Check the shipping information on our site for current timelines.

Step 5: Make It a Gift

Ship it to yourself so you can add a handwritten note.
Fill a mug with coffee, tea, or candy.
Pair an item with a matching piece, like a women's tee and baby onesie.

Step 6: Care for It After It Arrives

Apparel: Wash cold, inside out, and dry low. See how to wash printed shirts.
Drinkware: Hand washing helps prints last. See our mug care guide.
